How it works

- Your coffee bar quote arrives separately, and we send you a short floral questionnaire. It takes about five minutes.
- Book your online consultation, where we talk through your vision for both.
- Your custom floral proposal arrives in your inbox, and we fine-tune it together.
- A deposit holds your coffee bar, and a retainer and signed contract hold your date for flowers.
- On your wedding day, we set up the coffee bar and your florals, serve your guests, and break everything down at the end of the night.

How much does it cost?
Use the instant quote to see pricing for your coffee bar. For your flowers, we'll put together a custom proposal after your questionnaire and consultation.
Do you travel to our venue?
Yes. We're based in Waxahachie and go anywhere in Texas. Travel is included in your instant quote.
Can we book the coffee bar now and florals later?
Yes. Your coffee bar quote comes separately, so you can lock it in right away while we design your florals with you.
Do we have to book both?
Not at all. If you only need one, see our wedding espresso bar or wedding florals pages. Booking both just means one team, one plan and one less vendor to manage.
How do we hold our date?
A retainer and signed contract hold your date for flowers, and a deposit at booking holds your coffee bar.
Do you work with our planner and venue?
Yes. We coordinate timelines, setup and load-in for both with your planner or venue coordinator.
What do you need at the venue for the coffee bar?
A dedicated 120V outlet near the cart, and a clear, level path from parking to where we'll set up.
How much space does the coffee cart need?
About a 10x10 space.
Can you send our venue a certificate of insurance?
Yes. Just ask at least two weeks before your wedding.
