Space Rental Policy

Thank you for choosing to book with us! To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all guests, please review the following guidelines before your reservation.

⏰ Respect Booking Times

Please be courteous of your reserved time. Your booking begins and ends at the scheduled time.

⏱ Early Arrival

You may arrive up to 10 minutes before your scheduled start time, unless otherwise arranged with our team.

➕ Extending Your Time

If you’d like to add time to your reservation, you may do so:

• Online, before your reservation ends

• At the register, with a team member

Please note: If another rental is already scheduled, we must honor their booking.

🛠 Room Modifications

Any changes to the space—such as moving furniture, hanging items, or altering the layout—must be approved by management prior to your reservation.

🍽 Outside Food & Drink

All catering or outside food and beverages must be approved in advance by a manager or the owner.
